Mridul Jagota, RCC will lead this session. Becoming parents is an incredibly transformative experience, filled with a whirlwind of emotions—almost like a roller coaster ride. In no time, parenting begins to take precedence over other relationships in our lives. The most affected is often the partnership or marriage, as both mom and dad become so deeply invested in the needs of their child that they sometimes forget to nurture their own needs, as well as each other’s. Let’s explore what this shift means and how we can adapt to these profound, yet wonderful, changes in our lives and relationships.

What is ADHD and how does it affect our relationship? ADHD affects more than just the person with a diagnosis. Those closest often feel the effects and wonder why the cycle is starting again. We will dispel some myths and clarify the realities of how the ADHD brain works and how that might impact a relationship. When understood and managed well, ADHD can be beneficial in a relationship. Otherwise, there will be challenges. Come spend 90 minutes to better understand the ADHD brain in your relationship.
