We believe that you have your sweet spot of the type of client, issue they’re facing and age group that you do your best work with, and we want to help you find that. Here’s what we need and what you can expect:

Your role matters!  Your clients turn to you for support in understanding what they are facing, why it’s an issue for them, and how they can move through it. They are looking to learn new ways of connecting and building better relationships with themselves and others.  As a Clinical Counsellor you play a vital role in helping clients meet their goals and journey towards healing.    

You are committed to providing trauma-informed care for each of your clients. This involves giving them a voice and a space to feel heard, understood and cared for.

You are confident in your skills as a therapist and consistently strive to strengthen those skills. This can take many forms - additional training, client feedback, peer consultation and/or being in regular clinical supervision.

You are concerned about providing quality care for your clients which includes being responsive to their needs, replying in a timely manner to our administrative team when there are inquiries or needs, and managing difficulties with grace and professionalism.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person and virtual counselling sessions.

  • Maintain timely and accurate records of client sessions.

  • Manage client communication in coordination with our administrative support and individual as needed.

  • Excellent and highly professional interpersonal skills, in person, virtually, telephone, and email.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Master’s Degree in counselling, social work, or marriage and family therapy

  • Registration with BCACC or BCCSW

  • Play therapy specific training

  • Available a minimum of 12 hours a week with the expectation of holding at least 10 client hours

  • Work at least one evening

  • Three years' experience (preferred)

  • Current professional liability insurance

  • Excellent problem solving skills

Panorama Wellness Group has two locations. Our Langley office is located in the heart of the Murrayville community. This location allows us to provide quality service to the communities of Langley, Maple Ridge and Abbotsford in-person and online.
