Each counsellor has a few sliding scale spots available, so if finances are holding you back from receiving the help you need, please let our office know and we can advise as to who has reduced rate spots available.

Payment is accepted by debit, credit card or e-transfer. If paying by e-transfer, we request that you send that to info@panoramawellness.ca PRIOR to your appointment. A detailed receipt will be provided by email after your session

Receipts are provided upon payment.

Therapy services are covered by many workplace extended health care plans. Check with your provider prior to your appointment to find out if the fee is covered.

Can you direct bill my appointments to my extended health insurance?

In the event that you are using extended healthcare benefits to cover your appointments, especially if you are using our counselling services, please note that each plan is unique. We encourage you to review your policy details or contact your health insurance company to be sure that your appointments will be covered.

We are able to direct bill many insurance companies for our counselling, acupuncture and registered massage therapy services, but there are still several insurance companies that do not allow counsellors to direct bill for their services, including Sun Life, Pacific Blue Cross, Desjardins, Manion, RWAM and more. We are hoping this changes soon!

If we are able to direct bill your insurer, we will do so. Otherwise, we take full payment at the time of service and provide you with a detailed receipt so you can submit it for reimbursement.

Need to cancel or reschedule your appointment?

Panorama Wellness Group has a policy of requiring a minimum 48-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If we receive less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full rate for your services as you are holding a spot that someone else might be been able to use. You can cancel or change your appointment through Jane, or the email confirmation you received when you booked your appointment. You can also call or email your service provider (all emails are firstname@panoramawellness.ca).
