Why Am I Here? Finding Your Purpose in Midlife
Here's what I notice with a lot of the women I work with: most of us go through life without ever actually identifying our purpose. We build careers, raise families, keep households running, and somewhere in the middle of all that doing, we never stop to ask what any of it is actually in service of. Purpose can sound like a lofty word, the kind of thing you'd find on a vision board, and when your days already feel a little empty, the idea of identifying your purpose can feel entirely out of reach
Who Am I Now? Finding Yourself Again in the Middle of Everything Changing
What if people stop liking me? What if I stop being invited? What if, when I stop performing all of this, no one actually shows up?
Here is what I want you to hear: it is okay to say no. It is okay to take care of yourself. And a lot of times, when you start doing that, something unexpected happens. You stop showing up out of obligation, and you start showing up because you genuinely want to. Things become lighter. More true. More connecting.
