What is DBT?

Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based model of therapy that helps people learn new skills and interventions that can increase emotional regulation, live in the now and be able to navigate difficult moments with a wise mind.

This 8-week group is a fit for you if you are finding it hard to control behaviours and emotions.

We start Thursday, June 19, 2025 from 4:00-5:30 pm online for 8 weeks.

$50 plus GST per session 8 week commitment ($400 plus GST total)
