Relationships hold a special place in our hearts and our lives. It is that one thing that we all need to survive and thrive. They are the source of our joy and strength and yet can be the source of worry and stress. Are you feeling lost, confused, disconnected with yourself and/or others around you? Is this something that has been going on for a while now?

I would love to work with you to understand such experiences in your relationships; how your thoughts, emotions and behaviours impacts your effort to live a meaningful life, with your special ones. Challenges and obstacles are part and parcel of our life.  All of us are a unique combination of nature and nurture (lived experiences). The idea of sharing your story and seeking help from a stranger can be a huge decision to make. I am here to provide you the support needed to help you feel comfortable with this process. I believe that an empathetic, warm, unconditional, and non-judgmental environment are key in allowing you to be the authentic ‘You’ during sessions.  This, in turn, will help you show up differently in those important relationships in your life, helping you find the relationships that you are yearning for.

I work at a pace that is comfortable for you. I amend the therapy process as per your needs to make it a best fit for you, utilizing tools from different therapeutic approaches. You are the one who knows your self and your relationships the best. And I want to help you feel in control by allowing you to be the driver of your own bus. But I will be there next to you, to ensure that you make informed decisions. I have often observed that clients feel therapy is like an unknown territory, not knowing how to approach it or what to expect from it. I understand and know that it can be quite a challenging process. Hence, I see myself as someone who is primarily there to empower and help you navigate difficult situations, with empathy and support.

I am passionate about working with couples and families. I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#16707) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
