Do you find yourself stuck in a loop, rethinking past events or worrying about the future? Are you feeling overwhelmed by everyday life? Your thoughts and feelings are valid, and you don’t have to navigate them alone. Together, we can be explore them and make sense of what you’re experiencing.

I am passionate about supporting youth, teens and adults who are navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma and neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism. I offer a warm, collaborative, non-judgmental space where you can truly be heard. My approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and strengths-based whereby I utilize evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs.

I’m committed to walking with you through your journey with empathy, patience, and authenticity. I’m here to help you find your path to positive change.

I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#22809) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
