Are painful experiences affecting how you see yourself or connect with others? Perhaps you’re navigating narcissistic abuse, tension in your family or relationships, or exploring what being neurodivergent means for you. I offer a supportive space for you to understand what you’re experiencing, work through past hurts, and make changes that matter to you.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor working with individuals, couples, and families. My main areas of focus are trauma and complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD), narcissistic abuse, dissociation, neurodiversity, codependency, and relationship and family difficulties. I welcome clients who are formally diagnosed or self-identify with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, and/or giftedness. My coaching work typically focuses on executive functioning, masking and unmasking, and managing interpersonal and work challenges.
I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, mood disorders such as depression or bipolar disorder, addictions, and narcissistic, borderline, or antisocial personality disorders. I have experience working with people in prison and their families, both during their time in prison and after release.
My approach is warm, curious, and honest. I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method. Depending on your needs, I support you in processing traumatic experiences, understanding your emotions and behaviours, and building healthier relationships with yourself and others.
I offer in-person, video, and phone counselling. You’re welcome to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. I’d be happy to learn more about what brings you to counselling and explore whether working together feels right for you.

As a Sea Scouts Leader I enjoy outdoor activities like kayaking, sailing, hiking and gardening. In my younger life I have flown Cesnas, jumped out of airplanes and completed sprint triathlons. Now in my 40s I prefer less muscles aches and enjoy daily walks with my dogs and kiddos. I also enjoy anything to do with my flavourful Latin American heritage.
